Evaluation
We know how to get candidates to demonstrate both their abilities, and their weak spots. We pair them with industry experts who are personable and extremely experienced at building teams. The resulting hour-long, mock interviews are 100% technical and done remotely using our secure platform.
Feedback
You create feedback forms to indicate what criteria you’d like interviewers to cover for your company or school. After each interview, you receive comprehensive, written feedback within 48 hours. What’s more, that feedback is also shared with interviewees. So they understand where they shine and what they need to polish.
Transparency
You give platform “tokens” to candidates. They then use the tokens to schedule mock, technical interviews with our professional coaches . After each interview, both you and your candidates receive detailed, written feedback. The Skilled dashboard lets you see how your candidates are doing, and what they’re working on.
